Our villa sits high atop a mountain ridge offering spectacular views of the Superstition mountains and the Four peaks, Sonoran Desert, and downtown Fountain Hills. As you relax on our spacious, professionally landscaped patio, you will also enjoy views of the challenging Sun Ridge Canyon golf course. This luxurious property is truly SPECIAL.

Our home away from home is available for our guests to share these same experiences. We have a three bedroom, three bath, fully furnished, ground-floor villa (No Stairs To Climb) with attached two-car garage. The Villa is perfectly located within the gated CopperWynd community and only a two minute walk to the resort facilities; a five minute drive to downtown Fountain Hills, and a ten minute drive into Scottsdale. A 20 minute drive will find you enjoying Saguaro National Park.

The inside of our Villa is luxuriously appointed with a beautiful kitchen area featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double convection oven, four burner state of the art gas stove, and a walk-in pantry. We have High Speed Internet access to keep you in touch with family and friends, or to take care of your business needs.

As a guest of our Villa, we will provide you with guest passes for the multiple award-winning CopperWynd Resort. These passes allow you to enjoy the two mountainside swimming pools, steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, secluded outdoor waterfall Jacuzzi, and the 5000 square foot fitness center.

When you have finished enjoying these relaxing amenities, there is a world class Spa offering facials and various body  massage treatments. Also, be sure to enjoy the poolside Pavilion Bar and Grille, and the Alchemy restaurant (one of the few five star restaurants in the Phoenix area). Our guests are responsible for the cost of these services.

If it is golf that you are looking for, CopperWynd is within ten minutes of We-Ko-Pa, Sun Ridge Canyon, and Eagle Mountain, all fabulous award winning courses that are beautifully maintained and challenging but playable for all skill levels.
